UNWIND OLVERUM × Nutrition With Keli

I’m still floating on cloud nine after this year’s UNWIND with OLVERUM × Nutrition With Keli evening, and I couldn’t wait to capture it all here while it’s still fresh in my heart. Hosting this event each year is always something I look forward to, but this one felt extra special. Perhaps it was the cosy autumnal atmosphere, the incredible women who arrived with openness, or simply knowing that 50 women chose to spend an evening nourishing themselves.

From the moment everyone stepped into the Coaching Barn at Bartle Hall Estate, you could feel the collective sigh of relief as shoulders dropped and minds slowed down. The air was filled with the signature spa-like aroma of OLVERUM oils- I’m not even kidding when I say just breathing it in made your whole body exhale.

We started the evening with arrival drinks curated by the lovely team at Bartle Hall. We served cold-brew iced herbal teas and a selection of light, nourishing nibbles like colourful vegetable crudités with homemade hummus and warm rosemary almonds.

I introduced with a warm welcome and a quick masterclass about stress, sleep, nutrition, and gut health, sharing simple, everyday habits to help us feel regulated and supported.

Then we moved into the snug room, it really was like our own little sanctuary. Candles flickered gently, blankets and cushions invited relaxation, and the dreamy OLVERUM scent enveloped the space once again. Jess from OLVERUM led a truly beautiful lymphatic facial massage. Her calming presence and careful guidance through the movements with their signature oils allowed the whole room to soften, letting tension simply melt away.

Next, Natalie Pollard (Pilates instructor, PT, and professional dancer), guided us through the gentlest, most elegant sequence stretch and flow session. It was like stepping into a serene, candlelit ballet studio, where every movement felt intentional and restorative.

The evening continued with breathwork and a sound bath led by Georgia from Osher Wellness. The stillness that followed was genuinely magical, a quiet pause that allowed everyone to reconnect with themselves.

To close, Bartle Hall served warming chamomile tea and rooibos, alongside the most delicious homemade chamomile cake made with natural ingredients. It was the perfect cosy ending, inviting guests to linger a little longer, sip their tea, and gently explore the OLVERUM stand.

This year’s goodie bags were extra special, thanks to some wonderfully generous brands. OLVERUM helped curate a luxurious selection of cleansing balms, bath salts, face oils, and more. Space Masks gifted everyone their dreamy heated eye masks, which is the perfect pre-bedtime ritual. Thryv Wellness gave each guest a free pass and a discounted second pass for their new Recover Suit with ice bath and sauna (honestly, it’s incredible). And Koi Kitchen Studio hand-made the most delicious peanut butter and date snack bars that were adored by all.

Every year, this event reminds me exactly why I do what I do. It’s about more than wellness, it’s about women supporting women, carving out time for themselves, reconnecting with their calm, and leaving with more softness than they arrived with.

To all 50 wonderful women who joined me… thank you. You made the evening unforgettable. I’m already dreaming up next year’s event. ✨ I’m also deeply grateful to Beth for creating the most incredible video summary, honestly, your work beautifully captured the energy, and heart of the evening, and I can’t thank you enough!
