I joined Keli’s 4-week Gut & Digestion programme at a time when I was 5 months alcohol free and around 2.5 months after I stopped the contraceptive pill. I’m at a time in my life where I’m stripping everything back so I can return to my happier authentic self. Keli’s programme definitely came into my life at the right time.

When I first met Keli I had little knowledge around gut health. I was suffering with bloating, extreme wind, my mood was very up and down, and I felt fatigued. I would be close to tears and irritable most days.

I can honestly say that over the last four weeks the bloating has gone, wind has returned to a ‘normal’ level, and my mood has become far more balanced. I’ve also noticed that I’m making clearer choices, feeling more content in myself, more in tune with myself, and I have more energy.
