“You’ve really inspired me to look after my gut.”

I just wanted to start by saying thank you so much Keli, I’ve enjoyed the programme so much. I went into the programme not really knowing what I had got myself into, and I’ve finished it with some fantastic tools and recipes that I can take away. I really didn’t want it to end!

The recipes were all so delicious, and with my stressful and hectic work schedule, they were all really easy to make, which made life so much easier. They were that delicious, it even inspired some of my family to try new things.

The benefits? Better sleep, my bloating significantly reduced, and after starting a new job, it helped me manage stress better and avoid the office colds going around!

The check-ins were fantastic and Keli was so understanding and listened to any concerns or worries I had (which were hardly any).
