3 Years In Clinic Celebration
Three years. It still feels surreal to say that out loud….
Three years of sitting across from women (on zoom), hearing their stories, celebrating their wins, and walking alongside them through the harder parts too. It’s been a journey of deep growth, learning, and so much heart and honestly, I’m still letting it all sink in.
To mark this special milestone, I gathered some of the most incredible women in my life, the ones who’ve been in my corner since the very beginning for a beautiful, love filled day. This celebration wasn’t just about my business turning three, it was completely about them. The ones who have listened (patiently!) to three years of gut health chat, encouraged me when things felt uncertain, and shown up with love, belief, and the most unwavering support.
We spent the day at the stunning Woodside Retreat, starting with the most grounding sound bath by Georgia from Osher Wellness. We didn’t realise how much we needed that moment of stillness until we was lying there, fully present and feeling our nervous system calm down. It was gentle, yet such a powerful experience.
Then came lunch and WOW, Le Roti absolutely delivered!!!! Their salads were fresh, vibrant, and bursting with flavour. Wholesome grains, tangy dressings and beautiful produce. You could tell each ingredient was chosen not just to taste good, but to nourish us from the inside out.
Before the day ended, each of my beautiful friends went home with a bouquet from Nova Dream. It was just a small gesture to say thank you for the way they’ve poured love into me over these past few years. They really have been my backbone!
Starting this nutrition business was a step into the unknown, especially after years working in bridal, running my own label as a fashion designer. Making the move from designing gowns, veils, garters and hair accessories to helping women transform their health might seem like a big leap, but in so many ways, it came from the same place… Wanting women to feel confident, supported, deeply seen and completely at home within their own skin.
I didn’t start with a roadmap, just a clear vision, a lot of passion to share my personal experience to help others, and a willingness to figure out what building a nutrition business looked like for me. It’s been far from easy, but every challenge has been part of the journey and completely worth it. Along the way, I’ve built a loyal community, created programs I truly believe in (and work!), and shaped a career that totally aligns with my purpose. The growth hasn’t just been in the business, it’s been personal too, and that’s been just as rewarding.
These past three years, I’ve poured my heart into creating a space where women feel heard and where they can reconnect with their bodies, their energy, their health and themselves. From gut struggles to burnout, from sleepless nights to food confusion, being a small part of someone’s healing journey is something I’ll never ever take lightly. It’s honestly the biggest privilege.
Not only do I get to support women in clinic every day, but over the past few years I’ve also had the chance to host my own events and be involved in some very beautiful wellness days. I’ve really come to love the energy of bringing people together in person to share, learn, connect, and most importantly, take a moment to reset. These days bring together all the things I’m passionate about, from good food, honest chats, community, and simple, practical education. It’s a part of my work that feels really natural, and I’m excited to keep doing more of it.
I’ve also been writing my own column in Live magazines for the past eight months offering supportive insights to help more people feel confident and in control of their health. It’s been such a meaningful extension of this work, and I still pinch myself that I get to do it. So, here’s a big thank you to Liz & Ted- you know who you are. Your support and opportunity has meant more than I can put into words.
To this community, thank you for letting me do this work. For trusting me with your stories, your health, and your healing.
Here’s to more years, wild dreams, meaningful work, and gut-loving goodness.
With love always,
Keli x
