Elevate Wellness Brunch

I'm still floating after such a beautiful Sunday at the Elevate Wellness Brunch with the amazing ladies at Figure, which was brilliantly hosted by the CEO Charlotte Perfetti. It was one of those mornings that reminded me exactly why I do this work. When a room full of women shows up for themselves, ready to move, feel, and connect with one another… something truly special unfolds.

We started with two sessions running side by side. One group headed into a spicy infrared hot barre class while the other hit the reformer studio. There was no pressure, no ego, just women moving their bodies and starting their day in the best way.

Then we gathered for the dreamiest brunch pots from Sabroso- granola, yoghurt, fresh fruit… Guys, this was literally heaven in a cup. Honestly, I could’ve stopped right there and been happy!!

I shared a little session called “Find Your Glow With Gut Health,” It wasn’t just about food or digestion- It’s the whole picture. Gut health is your energy, skin, hormones, sleep, mood… etc. The way you eat, move, rest, and how it all ties together.

After brunch and the talk, the groups swapped studios so everyone got to experience both movement sessions.

Hands down, the most special part from the day? It wasn’t the info. It was the connection. The nods around the room, the “Omg, me too” moments, the stories shared after. That’s what makes these events what they are. It’s not just about learning something new, it’s also about feeling seen and you’re not the only one figuring it all out.

The messages I got afterwards honestly meant so much:

✨ “Always feel inspired after your brilliant talks”

✨ “Thank you for all your knowledge!!”

✨ “I’ve had such a good day”

Those words truly made my day. Thank you for taking the time to share them.

Big thank you to the beautiful Figure team and to every single woman who came along. I’m so, so grateful to have been part of it.

If you’re curious about gut health and want to feel more like you again, I’m here. Whether it’s 1:1 support, my gut health programmes, or just little tips on socials, we’re in this together.

Here’s to more Sundays like this.

With love, always
